02 — What we do
Services
Everything below is done on site. No towing fee, no waiting three days for a workshop slot. Prices are quoted after we've looked at the car — you hear the number before any spanner moves.
- Engine diagnosis & repair from D 500 Rough idle, overheating, oil leaks, timing, head gasket. We read the fault codes first, then open it up.
- Brakes — pads, discs, fluid from D 400 Grinding, soft pedal, pulling to one side. Pads and discs fitted at your gate, old parts handed back to you.
- Battery supply & fitting from D 1,200 Car won't turn over in the morning? We carry new batteries, test the alternator, and check for a drain before selling you anything.
- Tyres, punctures & balancing from D 150 Puncture repair, spare fitting, wheel swap. If the tyre is beyond saving we say so and tell you where to buy in Brikama.
- Suspension & steering from D 600 Knocking over the laterite, worn bushes, shocks, ball joints, wheel bearings. Common on the Brikama–Sanyang stretch.
- Oil, filters & full service from D 750 Engine oil, oil filter, air filter, plugs, belts checked. The cheapest thing you can do for a car you plan to keep.
- Cooling system & radiators from D 450 Radiator flush, hoses, water pump, thermostat. If the temperature gauge climbs in traffic, call before the head warps.
- Pre-purchase inspection D 350 Buying a second-hand car? We meet you where it's parked and go through it properly — engine, chassis, electrics, body filler.
- Roadside breakdown callout from D 300 Stuck between Brikama and the coast road. Tell us where you are and what it's doing; we'll tell you straight if it needs a tow instead.
- Air conditioning regas from D 800 Blowing warm, or smelling damp. Regas plus a leak test, because a regas on a leaking system is money thrown away.
Parts are charged separately at cost plus a small margin, and you get the receipt. If a job needs a lift or a machine we don't carry, we'll say so and point you to a workshop we trust rather than improvise.

04 — How a callout works
Four steps, no surprises
- 1 You call 799 5622 Tell us the car — make, model, year — and what it's doing. A noise, a light, a smell, a puddle. The more detail, the better we can guess before we arrive.
- 2 We tell you where and when If you're in Brikama or along the West Coast road we can usually be with you the same day. We'll give you a window, not a vague "later".
- 3 We look, then we quote Nothing gets opened up or replaced until you've heard the price and said yes. If it's something we can't do on site, you pay nothing for the visit.
- 4 Job done, parts handed back Old pads, old battery, old pump — you keep them. You get a written note of what was done and what to watch for next.

Monday opens at midnight and runs through to 8:00 PM — if you're on the road late Sunday into Monday, that's the window to catch us.
Finding the base
We're at Brikama Market, Brikama, in the West Coast Region. Come in from the main market entrance and ask for YUS MOBILE — anyone on the row will point you. If you're driving, park on the market side and walk in; the lanes are tight and there's no point trying to bring the car to the door.
Most of our work is callout, so the base is a place to find us, not a place to leave a car overnight. Ring first and we'll tell you whether to come to the market or whether we're coming to you.

A workshop that travels
YUS MOBILE started the way most useful things in Brikama start: someone kept asking. A neighbour's car wouldn't start, then a cousin's, then a driver from the market who'd been quoted a tow he couldn't afford. The tools went into the back of a vehicle and the workshop stopped having an address.
The idea is simple. Most breakdowns aren't dramatic — a flat battery, a split hose, a sensor, a puncture. None of those need a tow truck or a three-day wait. They need someone who knows what they're looking at to turn up with the right part and an honest answer.
We work on the cars people actually drive here: Toyota, Nissan, Honda, Kia, Mercedes, the older Peugeots and Golfs that refuse to die. We've seen enough of them to know their habits — which ones eat coil packs, which ones rust at the sill, which ones lie about their temperature.
What we won't do is invent a fault to sell you a part. If your car is fine, we'll tell you it's fine and charge you for the visit. That's a cheaper conversation than the one you'd have three months later.
